  • 02. There is an independent office space. After becoming our agent, we need to open up a dedicated space to display our company's products and display promotional materials, and a dedicated person is responsible.
  • 03. Have at least 1 year of business experience and a good company image. Experience in system integration and solution sales.
  • 04. Agree to actively sell our series of products and actively cooperate with the company to develop the market. Have a complete company organizational structure, as well as a sales and service team dedicated to selling our series of products.
  • 05. The business is concentrated in the security market. Have a stable customer base and have an in-depth understanding of customers.
  • 06. In the security communication products, we mainly sell our company's series of products.
  • 07. Comply with the channel business regulations of our series of products. Accept our company's coordination of product quotations in multiple competitions.
  • 08. Regularly participate in our company's marketing activities, promotional activities and related training.
  • 09. According to the agency agreement, HRUI is entrusted to provide technical support and after-sales service to local users or contractors.
  • 10. According to the agency agreement, complete the specified sales volume within the agreement period (tentatively one year).
  • 11. If the sales volume can't be completed within the agreement period, our company can handle it according to the specific contract.

  • 02. Support for marketing activities and product advertisements.
  • 03. Market assessment assistance and continuous improvement suggestions.

5. Guarantee of the rights and interests of agents

  • 01. Provide high-quality communication products.
  • 02. Increase marketing efforts and establish a strong brand image.
  • 03. In principle, HRUI don't directly supply to local terminals.

6. Agent's commitment

Our company have strict regional division policy. All distributors or individuals can only operate in the area where they have obtained the qualification of distribution, and cannot sell across regions, otherwise they will all be regarded as fleeing goods.
